[Head-Hunter] Urgently need Corporate Finance Manager

 


Sibelco Lautan Minerals is a subsidiary of Sibelco Asia, the largest Industrial Minerals Company in Asia. We are also part of the Sibelco Group, an organization established since 1872 in Belgium.
In line with our growth, currently we're looking for suitable candidate for the following position:
Corporate Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
-�Financial controls and Budgeting
-
Ensure the effectiveness of cash management at subsidiary level
-
Monitor timely and accurately of financial report and submit to the General Manager and Regional Office
-
Provide recommendation to GM and Regional Office on the analysis of financial trends at Subsidiary level and Subsidiary's financial performance
-
Perform other job functions as assigned by Management
Qualification:
-
S-1 Accounting from a reputable university, with S-2 in finance will be an advantage
-�
A minimum of 4 years experience (supervisory level above) in a major Accounting Firm as Auditor, and 3 years experience as a finance accounting manager in a manufacturing company.
- H
igh understanding of IFRS/PSAK and able to handle full set of account and manage finance, accounting tax team.
-�
Having a corporate transaction experience and IT knowledge concept will be a plus point.
-�
Understand ERP concept and able to set finance accounting SOP
General Requirements:
-�Able to communicate clearly in English and operate Microsoft family software.
-
Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
-
Creative and able to work under pressure to meet deadline and go to detail when needed.
-
Willing to travel to sites depending on the need

Our company�s main business is property. We are inviting a dynamics, dedicated and qualified professionals to fill the following position as :

Marketing Support (MS)

Responsibilities:

�������� Utilize advanced technology to create visual and multimedia presentations.�

�������� Work on multiple projects simultaneously, have strict deadlines to meet and must work within budgetary constraints.

�������� implement corporate digital marketing initiatives including social media platforms and websites with an objective to further promote The Bay Bali brand.

�������� In charge of the WEBSITE�update, develop and manage social media content including Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc.

�������� Solid experience in digital marketing, especially knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, HTM

�������� Create graphic, charts, images and symbols and use them, along with other audiovisual components, to create a coherent message.� Take an idea�a concept�and communicate that idea in a way that informs and/or entertains visually.

�������� The particular project may be a brochure, an ad or a presentation, but the project will be a work of art.

�������� Understand budgets and profit-loss concepts.� They utilize branding concepts to create a visual identity for a client or product.� Sales and marketing rely heavily on graphic design to influence customers to buy the products advertised.�

�������� Work extensively with clients, listening carefully to a tenant�s needs and interpreting those needs into a design project.� They often present their ideas and discover that the client had something else in mind, so they redesign until the customer is satisfied.� A graphic designer cannot be so in love with his design that he or she fails to meet the customer�s needs and expectations.

�������� The mechanics of oral and written communication�grammar, punctuation and spelling�are as important as color, line and composition.� Part of communication is listening, and the graphic designer must be a skilled listener in order to understand what a client is trying to communicate.

Cashier (CR)

Responsibilities:

����������� Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.

����������� Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.

����������� Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.

����������� Greet customers entering establishments.

����������� Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

����������� Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.

����������� Resolve customer complaints.

����������� Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.

����������� Cash checks for customers..

����������� Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.

����������� Compute and record totals of transactions.

����������� Keep periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions.

����������� Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.

����������� Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.

����������� Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

����������� Offer customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions.

Requirements:

�������� Male/Female max 30 years old (MS), 25 years old (CR)

�������� Bachelor Degree in Multimedia (MS), High School (CR) from reputable university

�������� Minimum 1 year in same position.

�������� Good understanding in accounting calculation (CR). highly creative, intuitive self-motivated, and proactive (MS).�

�������� Good in English (either spoke and written) and posses a good computer skills

�������� Possess communication skill customer services orientation, and be able to meet tight deadlines.

�������� To be stationed in Nusa Dua (Bali), willing to work shift (CR)
